While I do try my hand (poorly) at food photography, this was my attempt at “seeing” the street “gastronomically,” so to speak.

Miss Favela: Amazing food, not sure about minimum spend + gets really noisy. B
The Woods: Great music, not sure about the crowds. Total meat market, I hear. C
ISA: Excellent food. Packed in like sardines, but worth the experience. A-
1 or 8: Not sure about the hype. B
Crown Victoria: Large and unwelcoming. Packed on weekends. B-
Williamsburger: Awesome burger. Not sure about the ambiance. B
Aurora: Terrible food. Terribly overhyped. D
Zebulon: Cool vibe and very alternative music. A-
Cafe de la Esquina: Probably still teething but food was unimpressive. C+
Depanneur: Hand-made artisanal sandwiches are delicious. But long wait. A-
Brooklyn Oenology: Great service and ambience. Not sure about the wine. B
Zenkichi: Divine food and service. But only order a la carte. A+
Cubana Social: Great Atmosphere. Huge, yummy portions. B+
Rozarito Fish Shack: Great bar (and service there). Food is overhyped. B-
D.O.C. Wine Bar: Great wine and food. Service so-so-ish. B+
Bakeri: Pastries are delicious. Space is not ideal. B+
Cafe Mogador: Delicious food. Great Service. A
Nita Nita: Good atmosphere. Lovely decor. B
Fat Goose: Hit and miss. B+
